Her attitude - Jackie and Sarah are go-getters. They will stay positive in the face of anything because they know they will get what needs to be done, done! And they have the track record to prove it. When we were facing ups and downs with getting our home ready, that attitude is what kept us calm and collected! Buying a house in the Bay Area is quite an arduous task. You really need someone who is deeply experienced and knowledgeable to handle complex scenarios during the home-buying process. Jackie is a true professional and amazing on many levels to have landed us our dream home.

While buying a house, we usually have several questions. Additionally, touring the house and extending offers could literally happen at any point in time. Jackie & Sarah were always available for us and made sure our questions were clarified and requests were honored as swiftly as possible.

When we were really excited about the house we bought, we were willing to overpay. However, Jackie made sure to assess the situation well and suggested we offer a lesser price than the counter. A few days later, our offer got accepted at a much lower price than we were willing to pay. This was an impressive call by Jackie that saved us more than $50,000.

As a first time home buyer I thought Jackie was great to work with from beginnning to end. She explained how the process would work not missing any details along the way.
